However, because our furniture is crafted using natural materials such as solid wood, leather, and textiles, slight variations in grain, color, texture, and finish may occur.
These natural characteristics are inherent to the materials, add uniqueness to each piece, and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Pricing, Orders & Cancellations

All prices displayed on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order Acceptance & Accuracy
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, update product information, or cancel orders due to stock limitations, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate product details.
In the event of a pricing error or order cancellation by us, we will notify you promptly.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.
This refund shall be your sole remedy for such cancellations.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Customer Responsibility
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only.
WoodaraHome is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Oversized Items
Large furniture items, such as sofas, sectionals, and recliners, are shipped via standard curbside delivery unless a premium delivery service is explicitly selected and paid for at checkout.
Fit & Access Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchased furniture can fit through all necessary access points, including:
- Doorways
- Elevators
- Stairways
- Hallways
Any additional handling, return shipping, or redelivery fees resulting from fit or access limitations will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Modifications & Returns
Order Modifications
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.
Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
