Return & Refund Policy

If your order does not meet your expectations, our customer support team is here to assist you and provide a smooth return experience.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following requirements:
Unused & Unassembled
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- Not installed
Products must be returned in their original condition without:
- Signs of use
- Damage
- Stains
- Scratches
- Modifications
Original Packaging
Items must be returned with:
- All original packaging materials
- Included accessories
- Product documents and manuals (if applicable)
Items returned with missing packaging, damaged components, signs of assembly, or modifications may not qualify for a full refund or may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom orders or products modified according to customer requirements
- Final Sale items or clearance products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement assistance or return support at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs Customer Responsibility
For standard returns, including:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
WoodaraHome Responsibility
If the return is caused by our error, including:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
WoodaraHome will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
6. Large Furniture Returns
Due to the size and weight of certain furniture items, additional return arrangements may be required.
Customers must contact WoodaraHome customer support before returning oversized items, including:
- Sofas
- Sectionals
- Recliners
- Large furniture pieces
Please note that oversized furniture returns may require freight carrier services.
For customer-responsibility returns, freight shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item and confirm the return status by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
