At WoodaraHome, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order.


1. Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery:
7–15 business days after order processing.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping location
  • Carrier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

3. Large Furniture Delivery

Large furniture items, including sofas, chairs, and other oversized products, may require additional handling and delivery time.

Please note that large furniture deliveries are typically curbside delivery only.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Moving items into their homes
  • Arranging any additional assistance required
  • Disposing of packaging materials

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

WoodaraHome is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Delivery Delays

WoodaraHome is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
  2. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Providing photos will help us review the issue and provide assistance more efficiently.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the issue.
